The Unexpected Meeting
Sophia had decided to spend a Saturday morning hiking up Lion's Head with a group of friends. Halfway up the trail, she stopped to catch her breath and accidentally dropped her water bottle. Daniel, who was hiking just behind her, picked it up before it rolled down the mountain. They exchanged a few laughs, chatted for a few minutes, and then went their separate ways. Neither expected that brief encounter to change their lives.

The First Date
Nearly a year later, fate stepped in again. Sophia and Daniel unexpectedly reconnected through mutual friends at a weekend braai in Bloubergstrand. This time, they spent the entire evening talking.
